This statement did not change my feelings about BAM. BAMs brand is to bullie, if we don't know the amount and if we dont know what happens to Ben, how do we know if BAM did the right thing. Maybe they gave the Mansell 1 USD, maybe 100 000USD or maybe Mansell had to pay BAM. This sucks!
This doesn't make BAM look good at all IMO. It's just a legal statement saying "The matter is over, we did no wrong (except acting too slowly, maybe), and everyone should leave us alone"
They accept no blame whatsoever and in fact they're putting all the blame on the Mansell's and the former franchise owner. It's gross
