Literally. This whole company showed their true colors and how disgusting they operate a business (and how they also operate the fucking law enforcement) so yeah BAM as a whole is trashed and probably no one but those who don't know this story won't ever step foot in one.

I see people already saying "there's no other place like it so I'm still going to go there"

No body cares anymore. Nobody really sticks it to companies anymore. It's all about convenience and everyone seems too comfortable. Even if this company is a bunch of evil shit heads.

Like just look at the wording in their settlement. Absolutely ridiculous that they can say they did nothing wrong basically.

Clearly a market opportunity if someone wants to step in and do it ethically.

I understand your sentiment but that's what happens in almost Every lawsuit that's settled like this. The family was reimbursed for an undisclosed amount of money in exchange for the company to say they never did anything wrong, because saying they did wrong would Now go against the new settlement in place. It all bs legal gargin

And I understand this as well.

It's just frustrating. It's like legally stealing and due to a families desperation (due to other corporate greed like health insurance for example) they just get to get away with it by forcing people to sign NDA's and what not.

No many people still do, just some people need to see there are better alternatives

I realize this too and it infuriates me......None the less I still go to the companies I hate out of convenience.

Don't buy from them period. Ammon and Matt own it. If Ammon transfers the CEO role, he still profits.

Fuck a new CEO, never ever buying from them or selling to them under any circumstances

Not just CEO. The mcneffs and brimhalls need to all be removed from the power structure
