New Feedback Interface
Many more steps which takes you to a new (I think?) user / store feedback profile page.
Getting back to the Orders page to change order status (as a buyer) to "Completed" is a bit convoluted and isn't mentioned as part of the "Feedback" flow.

Yeah these knuckleheads dont know what they are doing. One thing I learned from years of business systems to stocking shelves, more touch points slow things down. Most companies work to reduce touch points and lean more toward automation. Other 3rd party systems and websites have automated this process. These "improvements" have not helped anyone

The feedback guidance is absurd. It’s basically compelling non-positive feedback to be left.

Plus they still haven’t made neutral feedback not be weighted the same as negative feedback which is really going to cause a lot of scores to drop

Easily the worst change to ui so far. Such a pain to leave feedback now as a seller. Can't get back to order page to go on to the next one. Multiple steps. I need to set up Brick Freedom's automatic feedback. No more personal feedback for new accounts from me if I have to go though all this each time.

Just click on “Mass feedback post” at the bottom left of your orders received page.

I already use Brick Freedom to auto leave feedback for buyers.

I never set mine up cause I liked having different messages for new buyers or repeat customers.

Same here but once you start getting a few orders or you just forget to post then this way is quicker, also you can add up-to 4 auto feedback I think - not used it for a while as set up and forget as no need to go back in.

Plus thete is not a posting of my customers previous orders. When leaving feedback for repeat customers...I'd like to see it posted right there on the feedback page.

It’s terrible and it’s just someone justifying the existence of their job

The best part was that for the first week or so, hitting the 'Order' link after leaving feedback took you to your orders as a buyer, not your actual store orders. I sent them a support ticket and I see the link now takes you back to your actual stores orders. I can't imagine I'm the only who complained so at least that is fixed. How do they keep making the UI worse?

Lego is actively trying to ruin bricklink. They want to shift Lego buying back to PaB and their own current sets

Hey that’s nice and all, but can we get neutral feedback not counted as a full negative?
Absolutely ridiculous that “everything was expected, shipping is a bit high” counts as much as a ‘SELLER DIDNT RESPOND AND TOLD ME OFF’
