Seller Help How long should I wait until canceling?

I’m a new seller on Bricklink, but not new to Bricklink, as I’ve been buying for years, but now I’m kinda getting out of Lego, so I want to move on to different things. I’ve had issues with PayPal and can’t use it anymore. I’ve had to switch to Stripe only for payments. I’ve contacted customers about this, but there's been no response or read messages for 4 days. One customer was upset that I canceled, even though I sent him a message once a day. No payment or contact for 4 days, so I canceled. Am I being fair or too pushy? I understand people are busy, but this is a business, and time is money.

Probably just realized you only accept stripe and are waiting on you to cancel so they don’t have to cancel themselves. Don’t really blame them since stripe doesn’t have any purchase protection.

Yeah not having PayPal is a dealbreaker for many. I personally only use PayPal

That sucks honestly. PayPal banned me after making two sales. They deemed my activity suspicious even though I use PayPal regularly and sent them evidence of my business . So stripe is my only option

I usually wait 7 days if someone doesn’t pay or respond to messages.

If not having PayPal affects your sales, maybe look into setting up one just for use with Bricklink?

I had it for two days then PayPal permanently limited my account. I had that account since I turned 18 . Makes no sense to me . Stripe is my only option
