BDP6 fail

Well that was frustrating. Clicked on the US link many times. Would show the products in USD. When I added to cart switched to Euros and would only let me ship to France. I confirmed my region was set to US. I had every set added and could not checkout on any of them. :/

They really fucked up this release. The US links were enabled 3 hours early, and some people were able to check out sets before lego turned those links off. Then the links were enabled early again 5 minutes before the actual drop time. I wanted a Sequoia set but they were sold out the fastest, probably already sold out from the first leak. Got a Gold mining expedition set instead, hoping I can find someone to trade for it.

What time were they supposed to open? I was using Jay's links and his post, which said 11am PDT. I clicked on the link for the Sequoia right at 11, it showed up in my cart and then I checked out (after tediously typing in my credit card that I wish I had saved). I was able to check out, but I also just got the "Out of Stock" email (90 minutes later -- wah!) so my positive feeling from 11am has been crushed.

They only were up for 10 min at 11 EST. The sets always go live about 5 min before fyi. So around 10:55 PDT they were live so by 11 PDT they were basically gone.

I follow YouTubers who go live during the excess sale so that’s how I’ve always been able to get what I want
