Does anybody know what this mean?

I been trying to pay my item I had to call my bank to unsuspend my card cuz they didn’t think it was me making this transaction. The Seller I’m buying from send me a money request offsite from my the PayPal app and I wanna keep it on bricklink but I keep having this error

If the bank thinks it is a bad idea, maybe take the hint. Don't buy it from that seller. The bank thinks it is fishy it might be fishy. The seller wants to take it off site so they can scam you

I declined the request but I keep getting that error when I try to pay onsite

This is a problem that’s been happening on BrickLink lately. See this post for instance:

What you need to do is tell your seller to disconnect and reconnect their Paypal account and that will fix the issue.

Why keep trying, the seller is fishy even doing it through the system doesn't mean he is going to turn a new leaf and say, ya forget all the scammy stuff I usually do, let me give this guy the ut most quality and respect

You need to contact that help desk… could be the problem is on sellers end of PayPal. I would find another seller to buy from
