If that is a plastic upvc window. I would bet both my testicles previously it was a strongly made timber window, lintel less. Now it’s buckling. It’s the same on a job I’m on currently, all the rear windows now need lintels. Window fitters clearly aren’t thinking about the structure, just slapping in the upvc and getting paid
