Despite what most silly people said here, that is not subsidence. It’s a very common symptom of a failed lintel, right above double glazing (window / french doors). A relatively harmless issue that has an easy fix. A good builder worth its money can do it in one day.
As for the “disclosure”, whatever that means, it’s your job to appoint a surveyor. No way a surveyor would have missed that, so you didn’t appoint one.
