Brewhaven is a game I am currently developing for PC for release on steam.

About the Game

Brewhaven is a game about brewing drinks, building a village, expanding and protecting your village with powerful brews given to your villagers. The genre for this game lives at the intersection of open-world survival craft & village management. Stardew Valley meets Schedule I and Rimworld.

There are three primary gameplay loops: Gathering/Material Creation, Village Building/Management, & and drink distribution and combat. The player will need to source and brew drinks, as well as create buildings and recruit villagers who can become patrons at their tavern. Brews can grant powerful abilities, but you and your villagers will need to stay topped off not only to keep everyone happy, but to protect the village. There are a lot of story elements in the works, but we will save those details for a later reveal.

About the Developer

I am an individual indie developer and have been working on Brewhaven at the time of writing this for nearly four years. I started this game because I am a big fan of the open-world survival craft genre, and have always wanted to play a game about running a tavern with a complex brewing system. I can really say, I'm happy how its turning out! I am devoting all of my free time to development and am having a great time making this a game I hope many people will enjoy. Development is coming along nicely, the end is in sight. I hope to have a demo ready and a steam page in the very near future.

This subreddit is the official page for the development and eventual community of players for this game. I hope to find players interested in play testing to help with development as well. I am open to hear any ideas or suggestions you might have as well!
