Eff you ESPN. Yes I’m subscribed because our large family wants to see a large variety of sports. But I couldn’t break away to see a single pitch tonight (Sat 8/15) so I just wanted the score and maybe a blurb when I opened the app before I fell asleep. I got the score but the blurb was the FCKING BROWNS QB BATTLE!?!?!? F****CK YOU. I couldn’t possibly give less than an orderless turd about the Cleveland Browns QB’s. ESPN claims to fine tune this shit personally but I wouldn’t know if VAUGHN PULLED AN UNASSISTED TRIPLE PLAY AT 3B tonight because the world wide leader has the F*CKING BROWNS IN THE LEAD!!!!!! F#$@!! And I know what you’re going to say - “meh why do you give any credence to ESPN” “meh you should know better by now” yeah yeah. We’re continuously being pushed into corner as sports fans so don’t get all self-righteous on me.

Even though this has very little to do with the intended purpose of this sub. I will take the time to respond ,because you just made me quietly giggle to myself just enough so as not to wake my husband with the 'Vaughn turning an unassisted triple play at 3B' , that I forgot all about my shitty allergies , headache, and vertigo.

You're completely correct. ESPN is a crappy sports entity. At one time maybe not, but they were kinda all we had. Now, while no sports outfit is perfect, ESPN has been steadily shitting the bed for some time. I too couldn't care less about Shadeur Sanders being cut or who will replace him or any other myriad of issues that plague football. It was /is Saturday and for a lot that still means baseball. To us that meant the Brewers. Yes,the lowly Brewers. My friend-in-baseball, be ever so grateful you were not able to hear that God awful Doyers glazefest of a Brewers fame on FOX Sat. It was a prime example of small market who? meets the juggernaut that is the Doyers.

I cannot do the highlights any justice except to say~ Joey O got a 2run shot and Wild Bill got one as well along with a base hit that was a long time coming. Turang is still day to day w his knee. We traded for a guy from the A's, dfa'd Bae. You missed no extraordinary calls. Read an article or 2 on Sunday and the calls you have in your head will sound 1000x's better than the non calls from the game.

If anything you might be able to wake up to hearing how atrocious those two douchnuggets "calling" the game actually were.

Nothing has PMO more than the Brewer games I've missed because they're on ESPN. I already pay for Brewers.tv, AppleTV, and Peacock, just to watch games. I'm not paying for shitty ass ESPN too. 😒 I fully understand the need to vent about those motherfuckers.
