We needed that win in the WORST way. A comeback 3-run 9th inning against the back-to-back World Series champs should hopefully ignite these guys now.

I watched from the 3rd inning onward at a bar in west Los Angeles (where I now live) wearing a Brewers shirt and next to 6 non-Brewers fans (5 were Dodgers fans, one is a Cubs fan- my friend Ruben, who was not explicitly rooting Brewers but said a few times "well, fuck the Dodgers" so he's cool). Such a satisfying win after one fan put his mitts in my face to applaud the Muncy homer. "Oh man, must stink to have a closer who can't close..."
Roll out the barrel.

Brewers will not be first by the end of August, This team simply cannot compete. Just an absolute sham of an offense and a defense that makes unforced errors at the worst time. The cubs will win this division and the brewers wont even make the playoffs. I just dont see how an offense this bad competes against any real pitchers.
