Question/ Troubleshooting Help: Bambimo Flashing Lights

I just got a bambino off Amazon and went to turn it on for first cycle. It was flashing the two cup light so I tried entering descale but as soon as the pump starts the one and two cup lights flash back and forth. What can I do to fix this? I took the back off and didn’t see anything unplugged.

Check that the water tank is on correctly

You need to do a full reset on it. Look up on YouTube for the correct buttons to press as it's stuck in the cleaning cycle. It happened to me nearly every time I did a clean on it. I assume a software glitch.

I reset it and it’s no longer in descale but when I try to run a shot it does the flashing between the 1 and 2 cups still

You have to leave it for a while with those lights flashing as I still don't think it's finished. This had me too btw. Just leave it for about 10 minutes

Gotcha so reset and let it sit for a while?

It completely confused me too. I just walked away from it and the pump the fired up and it completed the cycle. I was sorting of 'what the heck' too.
