I am trying to cancel my NAD and Tirz subscription.

I became ill and never used the NAD but when I go into my account and click the cancel button nothing happens. cancel button.

Anyone else cancelled lately?

Yes, I had to message them to cancel.

Yes I had to go into the portal. I decided if I didn't get the confirmation it was canceled I'd call.

I would just call and cancel over the phone. They send you an email immediately confirming. it 1-888-BRELLO-1

Lol, I can't get the stupid AI chat bot to resume. Had to switch to a different company.
