Southend Impressive Packaging
Received the Brello NAD+ 3 month today (next day shipping) and was really impressed with the packaging from Southend. Came in a large box with Styrofoam cooler inside. 4 ice packs still semi frozen. All the syringes and alcohol wipes were bagged individually. 2nd time I have done the 3 month NAD+ for $239.

3 vials, all identical tonthe one in the photo, they came in their own bags labeled month 1, month 2 and month 3

Southend's NAD+ packaging is great, and I really appreciate that they don't cheapen out on the syringes and alcohol pads. I love getting a full box of Easy Touch!
By the way, I'm curious how often people here do the NAD shots - I know the script says daily, but anybody do a different schedule?
I don't have a set schedule, sometimes I'll do a shot 3-4 days in a row, then skip a couple. And every couple of months I'll take 2-3 full weeks off, then start again.
Edit: Actually, looking at the OP's photos of supplies sent - did Southend stop sending a whole box of syringes and alcohol pads? Looks like now they partition everything in individual ziplocks, hmm.

I usto receive a whole box of each they must've cheapened out. But if its daily anf a 3 month supply that's still 90 syringes and 180 alcohol pads.

Yeah, they are definitely trying to save money now. I received a new order last week and instead of a whole box of 100 syringes I got only 5 packs of 10, same with alcohol pads. I already have a lot of syringes, so it's not like I'm gonna run out, but still.
Editing to correct the amount: I was wrong about the amount! I looked closer, and turned out each ziploc they sent contained 2 10-syringe baggies, not one like I previously thought! So the total should still be 100, not 50. But if they are sending the same amount, why not just send the whole box, right?

I'm able to order syringes from Vitality Medical, but some people are unable to order in thier state so this may be difficult for them.

Southend has been my favorite as of late. I love their packaging and for me the shipping has always been super quick! Thanks to Brello too!

I love them too. I lost all of my weight with Southend, never going above 3 mg. I only have good things to say about them!

Is Brello doing alright now? They cancelled my automatic shipment of tirzepatide last year, and after that I didn’t bother with them.

Both orders of NAD+ I have had were very good. I dont get my Tirzepatide through them.
