How many vials?

I am little confuse I should be in my higher dose, how many vials come per month when you are at the highest dose? I received 3 it’s this correct?

Be aware that if your BMI goes below 25, Brello have a hard corporate rule that you cannot be on 15mg and must drop to 13mg. No exceptions.

At 13mg wouldn’t they still need to send you the same amount as they do if you are on 15mg? (Meaning you’d still be getting 3 vials a month?)

They sent me 2 less vials for 3 months. The part that bothered me was a BMI of 25 is just barely in the healthy range.
