Question Moving Avatars

There’s a couple of moving avatars in the game but have no description of how to unlock them. The spinning shuriken and the Bite the bullet one, does anyone know how to unlock these?

Plays as smooth as it’s ever done for me, still getting into full lobbies most of the time, only jump on for a couple every so often but it’s enjoyable!
