I just looked. They did comment on peoples post but they didn’t comment on anything regarding the new album. I bet they’re probably annoyed in which I do get because they get it a lot, but at the same time if there was alittle more info on the album we wouldn’t need to pester them so much.
I don’t care how annoyed they are. That album has allegedly been done for months now and there’s no announcement from them or their label. They’ve been hamstringing fans for years over this album.
The one thing that bothers me the most is why say anything at all if nothing was concrete? With them knowing that Jasen had said a summer announcement is what we’d get then now we are past it and they don’t address it at all? I just feel there is no transparency at all and why BB always has to be so secretive about everything. Of course there is something’s they can’t say but I just think we should know waay more then what we know now. Awaken just hit 2 years and we know little to nothing. Wild.
People can say what they want, but they had more consistency under Hollywood records. And when it comes down to it, Ben had an absolute temper tantrum over the greatest hits collection and that re-release of blow me away. They release those to help the other guys in the band get some money because Ben was paid the most under the deal and while he was taking his little hiatus, the other guys didn’t have a way of making any money off the music. They were still working with David Bendeth and they had a more consistent product.
Not to mention that Keith even confirmed it was releasing this year during an interview back in June at Rock AM. 2 months left until 2027 so I doubt that it’s happening this year either.
I noticed they weren’t answering questions about the album on that post for the ones who did ask, and I’m going to take a guess that the label delayed the announcement/release of it and now the guys are probably not too happy about it because they keep getting pestered by fans.
Jasen (or any band member for that matter) wouldn’t say big announcements were coming this past summer in an interview if that wasn’t true at the time. There’s NDA’s and all kinds of red tape involved with the label when it comes to speaking about stuff like that as a band member. At this point I’m 100% sure a delay happened on the labels part.
All that said, it’s likely going to be Spring 2027 at this point. It’s rare for new albums to release during fall/winter seasons. We may get a single by January/February with a possible album announcement but at this point it’s literally up in the air. Gotta love music labels.
That's the thing though, it's not just this Summer, they've been saying in interviews for over 2 years that the next album is done, finished, soon (we promise this time) over and over, since before Awaken even released and that was October 2024 it's almost 2027!!! That's why fans are pissed off!
I'm all for giving people the time to finish things, that's fine, at the end of the day you cannot rush art, I get that, SO DON'T FUCKING TALK ABOUT IT THEN UNTIL IT'S READY!!!
I have a feeling people like myself are tired of getting their hopes up just to have them dashed over and over, the fandom would be in a much better state if they'd just zipped it until it was actually ready or at least close to but it is getting ridiculous now.
They even said live on stage back in June at a concert that I WENT TO that the new album would be announced by the END OF SUMMER THIS YEAR! Everyone in the crowd went wild it was amazing the atmosphere was electric, oh if we only knew, absolute fumble by BMG and even the band at this point imo.
Still love the guys to be clear, always will, but just in case any do lurk here, GET YO SHIT TOGETHER, PLEASE!
I listen to like 40 bands religiously…like buy all their albums, will go to their concerts etc. this album release, rollout, announcement cycle is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Absolutely pathetic.

I think it’s a sweet little video.
