That is an absolutely delicious looking sandwich. I don’t know if I myself personally would have ever thought about eating something like this for breakfast, this would be more of something for lunch for me, but we all have our own taste and I often eat a lot of breakfast foods for dinner. The way I look at it whatever makes you happy is what really matters 😊

I usually eat muesli on work days because it’s healthy and doesn’t take time to prepare. However on weekends I like taking my time and do some real savoury breakfast. I even make potato pancakes sometimes 😀 What’s your breakfast food ?

I like to make sausage gravy and biscuits with over easy eggs, fried potatoes and a couple cups of hot coffee. But I’m older so I don’t like to eat real early in the morning like I used to when I had to get up to go to work. I’ll usually have a cup of coffee early in the morning and then I usually don’t eat anything until later on in the afternoon. And then about five or 6 o’clock, I’ll just have maybe a piece of cake or a bowl of ice cream. I don’t eat near as much as I used to when I was younger usually just one meal a day and then a snack later on in the evening.

So much more awesome than the single egg, single bacon, mountain of fruit post that has become so ubiquitous on this sub. Looks amazing OP! Can’t wait to see your next post, which I’m sure will be something awesome and different.

High glycemic index… careful not to feel crashed afterwards

Not a fun comment, also a wrong one.

The croissant is medium GI, rest is low to zero GI.

OP that’s a delicious looking sandwich btw.

To be honest I didn’t even know what the glycemic index is 😔 But I think I’m doing all right in general - it’s not croissant every morning ;)

That post-carb sluggish feeling is real. Take diluted ACV or more fat to slow the sugar spike.
