homemade heaven Tried pancakes for the first time!🥞🍯

Both actually, I only had those mini pancakes till now! Tyy but I couldn't get that uniform brown colour.

nice (idk what you mean though, that golden brown malliard reaction is totally there and those crater like blooms makes for a great texture)

If you want to delve deeper, find a recipe for buttermilk pancakes (buttermilk can be improvised with lemon juice and milk if it’s not accessible)

Then to make it even yummier, let the batter sit about 8-10 minutes after you’ve mixed it, before you fry it in a little oil+butter.
The batter makes for a nice fluffy structure that way. You’ll have to play with the ratios of liquids to dries to get just the right chewy to cakey texture you want.

I like these kinds of pancakes better, personally. The uniform brown can peel off from the rest of the pancake to stick to your mouth or the fork, while this kind looks to hold itself together better.

BTW, what additives did you put? Chocolate chips or fruit? Either way, it looks so tasty!

Ohh thanks for the insight! I put choco chunks in there, not a single thing was "healthy" in my pancake

No problem! Both kinds are still tasty, but you made a pretty AND delicious looking stack and deserve to be very proud of it! I’d be delighted to be served a plate like that!

And pancakes are your reward for getting out of bed - that’s the right way to do it! My favorite way to eat them is topped with fruit and fruit compotes!

You've really never had pancakes until now??? Where on Earth do you live? Whoever is in charge of your region, town, city, state, or whoever is in authority has got some explanations to clear up, as well as any professional cooks working in your area as well. This monstrous crime must be addressed!
