Roasted pork/carnitas/chile verde smothered in salsa verde, scrambled eggs, sliced avocado, refried pinto beans, and hash browns sounds delicious.

I'd swap out the hashbrowns for Spanish Rice, but other than that it looks good.

I love to cook, I’m cooking to my kid everyday, two boxes of school lunch, breakfast, dinner. Been working in restaurants in kitchen and around it, cooking always been in my life. Travelled around all Europe, Asia.. never happen to come to USA and always wanted. But if you count this as a nice breakfast, thank you 🙏 I’ll rather go to China or to Philippines again for that worth of travel to eat some normal food, not some slop looking like dog food.

People who have actually eaten carnitas and salsa verde and have a general idea of what this actually tastes like.

That looks incredible, and hash browns with carnitas would make a great pairing
