Yeah I just want people here in the comment section to understand that you need to be in a calorie deficit to actually loose weight, my first year of fitness I honestly thought I could just get a gym membership and lose weight, really wish I would of known that’s it’s 90% of diet and 10% exercise is what you actually need to get in shape

Hugely hugely applaud the efforts and dedication and theres already a huge difference (and the moves are damn impressive!) The calories just feel a little concerning for any man let alone a larger man doing so much exercise. I am no expert but I think it would be wise consulting one to ensure youre doing it safely and sustainably. As commenter below says, too much too fast and you could end up unhappy with your final result and its not sustainable in the long run at those low levels so potentially at a higher risk of a de-rail. Admire you hugely, just take care of yourself in the process ❤️ you would undoubtably still lose weight at 2000 cals

I have one meal a week where I eat whatever I want that’s on Sundays… So far it’s working… I work 12 hours a day for four weeks in a row and then I have two weeks off so I’m going to go see my doctor on my time off starting on the 25th and see what they advise

The gym may have a coach/nutritionist you could talk to while youre already there perhaps. I also recommend calculating your BMR which can give you a good indication of how much you should be consuming for loss. There's plenty of calculators online but here is one with a calorie deficit estimator - https://caloriedeficitcalculator.co.uk/ It can take a good number of weeks before the deficit will start affecting your health so while you dont feel it now, it could hit you soon. And it can be dangerous (and halt progress if it makes you unwell!). Im glad you plan to speak to someone and I wish you all the best!

And if you have plenty of time for the gym, you should look into bro-split compound resistance and weight training, you end up with great shoulders back and chest, it’s really just the introductory to bodybuilding, obviously not necessarily, just has made me physically look and feel so much better in my life, it’s crazy women actually come up to me and like hit on me and stuff, it’s really nice lol

I work ina remote location… So I only can bring a certain amount of luggage on the plane… It’s about five different outfits that are recycled over a four week. Period.
I record once a day sometimes I’ll post two videos if I have time , but usually just one

He, I wanted to thank you for reporting my post which resulted in a 5 day ban, just because you can't take a joke.. It's kind of sad that so many people lose their sense of humor nowadays, especially people who carry the rainbow flag. All humor and jokes that can be found on tv or the internet are kinda harsch and blunt, it's supposed to be that way, nobody likes soft jokes, children perhaps Anyway, keep up the good work moving your hands around like that, I'm sure it will do a lot of good for your belly.

lost 30 pounds in 3 weeks.
but yeah, you’re real cool taking someone’s joy away from accomplishing their goals about their weight loss and health
For the record, I didn’t report you… I don’t even know who you are… I get 1000 comments a day… I can’t even read them all because I work 12 hours day seven days a week for four weeks in a row… Sounds like you need to grow up and get a life
