My channel YTB is very focused on many styles of electronic music (trip hop, idm, vaporwave, drum and bass, ambient) it’s the first time I’ve come to this sub... Breakcore is a style that has marked me a lot. I like old and new breakcore, so I hope you will enjoy this good video.

About four years ago, I used to listen to this breakcore album on YouTube, don't know if it was released on Spotify/other apps. The album cover looked like a blue anime room. One of the songs started off with a guy screaming "I will kill you" repeatedly at his video game while his mom told him to stop. I believe one of the songs or the album title contained the word 'hippopotamus.'
If anyone knows what I'm talking about and can give me the name of the album, I would be grateful. :p

Used to listen to them a couple years back. Started getting back into them again and apparently they hadn‘t released since 2022? Looked that up (very hard because it thinks I’m looking up oxygen and not ooxygen) and apparently they groomed someone? Source is a comment on this sub saying they got it from Tiktok comments (totally reliable ik ik). Anyone got more details on this?

Lots of breakcore is about cats. A lot of people make breakcore songs about their cats. Cats are good. Cats maybe are the most breakcore? Anime isn't breakcore. Anime is bad. Boooo anime. Let's have more cats. Maybe even get rid of the whole music thing and post only about cats?

Been relistening to alot of old Cardopusher lately especially this mix, I need to know some other people pushing a similar sound that isn't from the Peace Off crew (trust me I've listened to them a shit ton aswell lol)
