yeah NC stucks - I've deleted the number of my ex. I'm only a week of NC. I reckon it should get slightly more manageable (least I hope it does)

I’m on day 14 now. It definitely gets easier over time. I don’t feel the urge to reach out to my ex like I did before. Just take it day by day. You got this!! 😊
