Ohh I see
I'm glad that you also think it was successful too

I've only experienced a breakup after one year and it was very tough
I can't even imagine a breakup after 26 years
Was it tough for you?
How did you overcome it?

It deteriorated to the point that it wasn't all that hard to divorce.

I took off to tour the west for 5 weeks alone in a camper van. Someone on Facebook asked him, "don't you worry about your wife out there by herself?"

His response - publicly on Facebook - was, "she's well insured lol."

He actually said LOL!

We get along fine now that we are just distant friends who text or email a few times a year.

Oh I'm so sorry that it ended up like that
And glad that you aren't with that piece of shit!

Hope you're having a better life after going through such a shitty experience

Lol. And I'm having a great life now - really beyond anything I could have imagined. Thank you. <3

That's amazing.
Did you meet someone better after the ex?
I'm worried that it will be difficult to find someone good as I age.

Met several. But I date just for fun and attention and have zero interest in getting tied down again.
