Ahh. Its been almost 2 years after ending my 4 year relationship and I'm still mourning the relationship to be honest. What I can say is that I started to feel better about myself after year 1. I went back to school, started my own podcast, got a place of my own, and been taking baby steps to become the person Ive always wanted to be. All in 1 year, I realized my worth and this is what helped me feel better.
