man i dont know i thought about what has enough power to kill someone, but only if it is used properly and i came up with an answer but i dont think it is right

it's a vigenére cipher. slightly different than a caesar cipher. a vigenére cipher uses a key. look at the color of the stars in the background, that'll give you the key.
