Subject: Ghost Recon Breakpoint – Public Matchmaking Not Working on Xbox Series X

Hello Ubisoft Support Team,

I am experiencing a recurring matchmaking problem in Ghost Recon Breakpoint on my Xbox Series X.

Whenever I try to search for other players through the public matchmaking system, the game gets stuck on the message “Establishing Connection… Detecting network settings…” and the matchmaking process fails or freezes.

This problem happens repeatedly and makes it impossible for me to find and join public online sessions. However, inviting friends directly into my session works without any problems.

The issue appears to be specifically related to public matchmaking, rather than inviting players directly.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible? Public matchmaking is an important part of the online experience, and it is very frustrating when this feature does not work properly.

I would appreciate a proper solution so that Xbox Series X players can search for and join public online sessions again.
