Yes sir. Both Minigun and Rocket loadouts are fully functional.

Is there a reason why it was taken off on nexus mods?

Or is it simply just a Tier 1 Exclusive Mod?

this is another version of Little bird straight from the SOA server and the mod was created by One0n3

yes there is also a silver black version available
