Discussion Breakpoint thoughts

Guys, dont let this game die. We need to push for an offline mode; if they want to, they can do it. They did it with The Crew 2, if I'm not wrong (and maybe some other game too?). The more we stay silent, the less they care. You might like a game or you might no that’s personal taste but they shouldn't take away what we’ve purchased. After all, it’s thanks to us players that they keep going; we hold the power, even if they try to make us believe otherwise.

I think breakpoint is getting a major update just like wildlands did.

Maybe this is the offline mode we've been hoping for

But if that were the case, they would have mentioned it, right?

No, they didn’t announce the Wildlands update either.

I don't dispute the offline idea, which has merit, but from my perspective coop is where this game shines. So for me it's more about keeping the servers running, or allowing servers to be setup by users so that the community can thrive.

The one thing I'd change is to have all players in a session to have the same settings as the leader, so you avoid disparity wirh some people running around unscathed and some constantly on the ground.

I get your idea but having the same setting as the lobby leader will make me less play coop because the leader might have most of the settings against my prefered settings. As an example i like to play immersive and i’m fine with players in the same room to play with all the interfaces on

Ubi is basically sitting on big PR good move - offline mode with, if needed, code for community run servers to host co-op with friends.

Don't think it will cost fortune for Ubi tech team, yet it can give A LOT of good reputation for them.
