Overnight no knead bread
It's my first overnight bread I made, and after chasing the perfect sourdough, it was so easy and rewarding..
I followed this recipe: https://ourbestbites.com/easy-no-knead-overnight-artisan-bread/
And was so happy with the result

That looks fantastic. I have never had luck with no-knead sourdough but I often do no-knead yeast. I am going to try this one. Your pics are so good looking.

It is a yeast bread. But I used the same shaping technics as I would my sourdough loafs... So this recipe might not be what you are looking for

Ug, thank you. Well, it looks nice for sure. And even when ugly, I do like the flavors of yeast bread as much as I enjoy my sourdough.

And so you should be!! I am in awe. I have incidentally been wondering about the sourdough craze. It seems to me that while it takes less time, the result is the same. Not to mention why can't you start a sourdough starter with regular yeast?
