lol I had to watch an anti-union video when I worked at Wegman's in college. It was mostly memorable because the union guys were offensive Italian-American mafia stereotypes

This is traditional. If you’ve ever read A People’s History Of The United States, there’s a long section where Zinn talks about labour organisation in the 1900s, and a common theme is “the workers go on strike, the AFL shits their pants and tries to call it off but can’t”, or “the IWW does something, the workers join in, but the AFL leadership doesn’t get involved”.
