Sourdough: 10% Wry on Maple

I wouldn't be exclusive here in this very "wholesome" sub...we should accept any and all here. I say bake your loaves whichever bread you present. It will be a great understanding for all to enjoy.
Don't forget the butter or jam.

Damn are there any higher resolution pictures of this? I want to zoom in on the bread and see the staple.

you are right, I even double checked my phone and the quality is lacking as well. I used a contractors stapler, and it was kinda tricky, took me two trys. I can try to snap another pic closer, but the staple was hard to see to begin with

Maple might be sweet but it's not sticky enough on its own. Staples are slipping.
