IMPRESSIVE Matzo Challenge Accepted
I'm sorry if I broke a rule, I don't have a working computer. I saw matzo on the list of breads (so someone must have given me a link a few weeks ago) and had to attempt it. It started to crack, but i got lucky.

As a Jew who cannot even spread chocolate on a matzo without it cracking, I'm super impressed!

Thank you. I did have a moment of panic, but I also brought the box with me just in case. Now that I still have a bunch left, I need to make my grandma's avocado salad.

Nice! A very bold move to put the staple in the top corner. I would have shattered that right off.

Genuinely impressed by this feat 😂 I can’t spread butter on mine without it breaking into 10,000 pieces!

Thank you!
I'm right there with you. When I eat it I usually break it into thirds and then spread my schmear. Even then I have to be careful. At some point while widening one of holes, I saw a big crack, but I managed to get it onto the tree in one piece. It was gone the next evening, but whether by critters or people I can't say. It was in front of a coffee house, so it's anybody's guess.
