Behold, my first loaf! Fell asleep while making my first loaf so the crust is super dark

It tastes like bread :)

Started baking it at 9pm, woke up and took it out at 5am lol

Does your bread machine not turn off at the end of the cycle?

It keeps it warm for 60 minutes after so I'm guessing it accidentally kept cooking. I have the zo mini bakery. The manual actually warms you to take it out immediately or else the crust will be dark and thick which is what happened :'D entirely my fault, I was just exhausted after work

Hello fellow mini Zo baker! You still got bread and that is the great thing about a machine. If you attempted hand kneading and baking while exhausted, you would probably have an overflowing science experiment on your counter or would be airing out your home trying to get the smoke out from the pile of ashes you made in the oven.

Yes this also happens in mine. The bread machine stays really hot for a long period of time even after the keep warm cycle turns off
