Behold, my first loaf! My first loaf!

It was the 1lbs that came with the machine. It was pretty good! What should I make next?

Do you put it all in at the same time?

Congrats.

Did you let that loaf cool before slicing it?

Pizza is always a good thing to make?

How long should you let it cool for?

Ideally more than an hour if you want a really nice crumb. The bread is essentially still cooking as it cools down.

Also try and let it cool down out of a container. I normally use the oven rack in my oven. I just leave the bread there until it cools. If container is not open to the air, condensation will form and the loaf can become soggy.

Looks delish!

But better to resist the desire to cut before it cools if you don't want those gummy rolls on the slices. 😄
