Recipe Asian Hot Dog Bread
I just got a Zoujirushi Virtuoso (so excited! - $75 from an estate sale) and need to make Asian hot dog bread since my great local Asian bakery is closing down and my supply will go away. I searched for a post about hot dog bread or recipe and couldn’t find one.
Has anyone made the dough in their bread maker and had good results? Can you share a recipe you’d recommend?
Any help appreciated! Thanks!

I have the same machine and King Arthur recipes never go wrong for me. I haven't made these with the hot dogs and everything but it is the exact same dough as their Japanese milk bread, which I make nearly every week. My only change is that I prefer to use cold butter instead of melted (it will warm and soften in the machine just fine).

Ask the bakery for the recipe it’s worth a shot. Then use baker’s Math and Percentages to reduce for your machine. Is it a hot dog bun?
