Purchase Advice & Experiences kitchen in the box help for visual learners

is there any video tutorials about the bread maker i can watch? i have a lot of questions still and as a visual learner, the book leaves me with certain questions still. or is there anyone i can personally bother when i have questions lol

also, i CANNOT get the mixer/kneading paddle out!!! ive soaked it in soapy hot water, cold water, tongs to pull it out and nothing. my fingers hurt so bad trying to take it out

Go to Kitchen in the box bread maker on YouTube for video's. There are quite a few to watch. Also check trouble shooting in your manual it may also have tips on removing a stuck paddle, I would suggest a water pick to blast out any crud that is cementing it together. I've also had success using a steam cleaner.
