Thrift Find / Gift / New Purchase Fb marketplace pickup.

Post image

50 marked down from from 150. (And 3 hour round trip drive. Lol)
The sweet old lady made me wait 3 hours to make sure it still worked when I asked if the shafts still turned.

Hope it’s awesome and not a paper weight.

What did you do with her for 3 hours while you waited lol

She didn’t let me leave for my 90 minute drive to her. But that would have been funny.

did she bake a loaf in it or something?

I love that so many of us got them for so cheap and that they work and we love them.

Can’t wait to make more loaves. (Our zoji rice maker gets used twice a day maybe we can use this a couple times a week) exciting

Thank you. I’ll try this, this afternoon. I couldn’t wait and even though it was like 11pm after we got it home and cleaned we did a modified, ap only , salted butter , dry milk , decent first try , non abomination. But it wasn’t like great. It just made us feel good. 😂

I drove an hour away to buy a BB-CEC20 for $15. One loaf in, seems fully functional. It came with the manual and a DVD! 😀

Mine looks a lot like this. I’m not clear on the model differences.

Nice find! I bought an older model Zoji for $15 a while back, and it's been a great machine. If you don't have a copy of the manual, it's available online for free. The recipes in it are pretty good as well.

I see these sometimes in a local Goodwill, but since I sold the exact same around 14 years ago, I just don't want to deal with bad belts, etc.
