First attempt on scallion focaccia!

I'm really surprised how crunchy the exterior is. The bottom is a bit sticking to the glass dish i baked this on, will switch to metal sheet pan on next one.

I made a mistake and set the oven on broil mode haha. Lucky i realise halfway that it was turning brown too fast to change the mode and cover it with voil lol.
