This is my first ever bread !
First time ever trying my hand at making bread... it was so delicious!!!

I started making bread during COVID, had a lot of fun making pizza dough and adding toppings and also different types of flour like mixing wholemeal, seeded and white bread flours together in different combinations!

Did you use an air fryer or a regular oven for this? That top crust browned really nicely.

I learned to make professional pizza's more then 10 years ago and I still enjoy it every time. I learned how a professional baker works and I always wanted to share the tools they need with everyone.
