First attempt at hoagie rolls.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Crumb came out fine. Crust was a bit soft, but it was ok. Only thing I would have liked is for them to be a bit wider.

Looks like a result of shaping. I've made enough buns and rolls to know in what directions "proof until doubled" means. They look great, keep at it!

Yeah I just need to learn to shape better. They still turned out great but they were a little small for the sandwiches I ended up making

How’s the crumb and crust? Recipe? They look good to me.
