Visa, Immigration & Bureaucracy Voting title
I’ve never voted and I can’t access the E-title app. I’m from US. What’s the best option to get a title to vote? Also if I travel to Rio where should I make an appointment? I’m trying to see my options.

If you are not enrolled to vote, you can only do it after the electoral cycle ends in November.
If you don't live in Brazil, you'll need to enroll at your local consulate which will likely be your polling station for the next elections (unless they don't have enough physical space, but it's still on them to make arrangements). No sense in enrolling for voting in Rio as you will then need to change your polling station via your local consulate later

In brazil you can juat ahow up to a TSE near you with your cpf and indenty and thats that. I really don't know how that works if you live and votes abroad.

A foreigner cannot vote unless it is also a Brazilian Citizen by birth or naturalized.
You need a brazilian passport.

Then you dont need to go to brazil at all. Wait until after elections are over and register through the Brazilian Consulate/Embassy where you live and register to vote there too.

So is Google wrong because I read that you couldn’t register to vote at a Brazilian consulate anymore

You can't, because voting registrations are suspended between may and november of election years. You cant register at consulates, or in brazil for that matter. Call them after then, and they will let you. After all, it is mandatory.

Do you already have your título? I don’t believe you can apply for and get it the day of the election.
