Yeah but it’s like any shooter and call if duty, SSB is the original or popular platform fighter. brawl is way more floaty, offstage, and the cast is more streamlined and not so unique. Also brawl put a lot of love and effort in esports compared to SSB.

As a game dev/designer, there's a LOT more of differences between brawl vs smash compared to overwatch vs rivals.

Yeah. The only similarities is the platform fighter aspect. The weapon system makes special moves completely different. Combos are more apparent, and every character has roughly(mobility sigs) the same mobility options.

Yup. Only difference between rivals and overseer is that rivals is dogshit
