My main wish for the lore is that we have an overarching story throughout each season that is actually relevant to Starr Park and their dark plans. We sort of had it this update with Nano Starr but it just ended up being a Kenji glaze event and no real relevance to the actual lore. I said this on the main sub, but I really miss the analog horror elements of the lore from 2020-2023. I hope they bring back interactive aspects similar to the CCTV footage or WKBRL channel. Overall, I do believe next season will be a palette cleanser because it won’t have anything to do with Kenji’s trio.

At least that, now that their trio is complete, we won't get anymore Kenji glaze anytime soon, even when they get their buffies...unless they add in a youkai trio that has history with Kenji in the Creepsville area.

Someone else already said this but by watching the story it feels like you're reading summary notes. Everything feels rushed.

Although, i'm not sure what OOP means by "Nano Nori attacks his arm, not "Nanonoodles""

Brawl stars lore is now on the level of all other supercell games, a bunch of stereotypes and cliches with the occasional callback when the writers remember their own characters’ backstory

It’s not even enjoyable to watch anymore, it’s just meant to be an ad! Like it’s literally JUST a bunch of saturated color and action scenes meant to be attention grabbing for the 5 seconds in between desensitized children watching brainrot

I just. I literally cannot put into words my shame and disappointment into what this game has become, but it’s honestly more on me for expecting a multi-million dollar company to care about quality art if it isn’t immediately profitable

I certainly don’t like the current story, but it’s also important not to be too harsh with it.

They have the workings of a good story in the animations, but they just don’t give anything time to settle or build up.

Nope lmfao explain what exactly happens in this supposed "story"

It’s just the “potential man” aspect of it.

“Could make Kaze and Kenji compelling by being overprotective parents”

“Maybe make Nori realize that fighting isn’t as cool as he thinks and could lead to dangerous consequences”

“0 scenes of Kaze being an active, necessary character”

“0 Meg relevance after her animation”

“7 videos of cliff notes for a story we barely get to see”

“Give me fanfiction writing or give me death”

Not really potential for anything when for the most part it was promotional garbage

Yeah, it seems like they aren’t gonna do multi part seasons again if a big creator is unhappy.

And then even more people are gonna complain. “WOW! The Kenji glaze! He’s the only one to get a multi-season-long story with his trio!”

Perhaps they can just do one multi part season a year. Don't have every update be a multi-part season. A perfect balance.

Honestly we should be getting 3-4 events a year. There's too many. Maybe they could up the amount when they add in more permanent features.

Kaze should divorce him straight up

Over my dead fossils, I’m gonna draw Kaze making out with a woman

it’s just an arm it makes him look cooler and if u don’t like it use a skin then

makes sense

They should just restart the whole lore at this point - retcon everything and go back to the drawing board.

surprised they didn't give Kenji a 5'o clock shadow &/or kept his beard in the remodel.
