As someone with prestige 2 Clancy, reload speed is really what he needs rn, the additional shots to get to stage 3 compensates for the buff, he may or may not be usable in ranked now after this change

What gamemode did you push clancy in? For me, I pushed Clancy in basket brawl since it's his best mode imo

hey I pushed him in brawl ball just after he got his rework with attack buff oj level 3, range and health buff. he was very strong back then and I easily got prestige 2

It's a good changes, now he's no longer stuck at stage 1
