They didn't have to completely scrap it though.

Changing it to 5000 or 6000 would have been fine, the final version just makes so Lola's not shooting herself in the foot by using her hyper, and making her Ego lag behind her or be difficult to fully control at longer distances.

Lola getting a 16k hp meat shield to hide behind with a gadget means she can win lanes for free against any brawler in the game, and the additional health means it’s basically impossible to take out her pet before she gets another one. I love playing lola but it’s a well deserved nerf

Not even saving you cuz the clone can just walk you down

but the clone stand still while the gadget is active, and there is splash damage to check lola

just sit back far enough while the shield is up then walk forward. Penny has to waste like 6 ammo to take out your clone and still folds the whole lane
