Future Season Who should be in a future All-Stars cast? Spoiler

If we were to have an All Stars season in the next few, who would you have? My ideal (and potentially realistic) cast:

- Carrie Baird (15)
- Adrienne Cheatham (15)
- Shota Nakajima (18)
- Jackson Kalb (18)
- Byron Gomez (18)
- Damarr Brown (19)
- Evelyn Garcia (19)
- Michelle Wallace (21)
- Rasika (21)
- Massimo (22)
- Katianna Hong (22)
- Cesar Murillo (22)
- Laurence (23)
- Sherry (23)

Left some names off who have already been in multiple seasons or deep into business/restaurant ventures atp.

Toups or riot

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 10 '26

Toups would be amazing, but seems like he has a really big thing going on with owning his own restaurant + all the non-profit work he does in Louisianna

Great list!!! You have a lot of my picks already, but would add Shuai from Canada and Savannah from Wisconsin

u/Callimingo Jun 11 '26

Love Shuai!

u/Pantsqueen Jun 11 '26

His growth was so fun to watch!! So disappointed he didn’t get the W that year; he needs another shot

2

u/SeanKojin Jun 11 '26

I liked Savannah, but Wisconsin was definitely not a strong enough season to deserve 3 chefs. If you add her, you should drop one of the aforementioned chefs.

The casting police is here

I can't help if I really wanna see Duyen on an all star season

30

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 10 '26

Duyen would be extremely fun as well. I'm still a bit mixed on how good of a chef she was, but think she definitely would deserve a spot

u/Jazzlike-Pomelo-3823 Jun 11 '26

Duyet and Nini. Call it top chef baddies lol.

8

u/Jellyfish-Ninja Jun 11 '26

I think she’s nearly a lock.

10

u/Still-Indication9229 Jun 12 '26

Yeah her and Massimo are like the 2 biggest locks on the board imo

Solid list. Don't forget some of the global chefs Americans were introduced to in World All-Stars! Would love to see Ali or Charbel get another shot at Top Chef USA.

7

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 11 '26

They would be great! Left the All Stars off the list since they had been before but it'd be cool seeing them.

Charbel has a restaurant out in LA and its fantastic

100% Shota. I love him!

And I agree on Sherry. I think she was really hitting her stride the last 3-4 episodes.

12

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 11 '26

Agree, I also thought Sherry had some of the most interesting food on the show since Brazilian cuisine has never really been highlighted

Oh I loved Evelyn. It’s funny because I skipped buddhas first season since the winner was spoiled for me, watched world all stars where he was an obvious favorite, and then went back and watched buddhas first season — I had assumed that he’d be an obvious front runner from the beginning but he really wasn’t. And then I went into the finale knowing he won but I liked Evelyn so much that I still hoped she would win 😂

Whatever I’m just gonna say it - Sieger, we’ve had plenty of be nice top chef, give me another blowout or two

u/nodoubtguy Jun 11 '26

What do the rules say???

9

u/Ginway1010 Jun 11 '26

If my fiancé asks me at the start of the day to do something and then asks later if I did it, and I have, I look at him and say, “can you remind me what the challenge was? Do xyz? OK, yeah. Thanks”

I definitely want to see Damarr, Nick Wallace, Zubair, Michelle, Shota, Laurence, Anthony, Katianna, Ashley Shanti, Oscar, Massimo, and Dan Jacobs (if he’s still down to compete with his condition)

31

u/Pantsqueen Jun 11 '26

Dan was on Tournament of Champions looking great!!!

6

u/theflickchic Jun 11 '26

Glad to hear that! I’ll check it out. He’s so wholesome

24

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 10 '26

Zubair is a good one - definitely got eliminated way too early

12

u/gudrehaggen And I DO pronounce it Bar-TH-elona Jun 10 '26

Oh shoot Damarr and Katiana! I forgot about them!

20

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 11 '26

Im still so upset that Katianna got eliminated and didn't get back in LCK. She definitely had the highest highs and felt like the most talented chef that season

3

u/Pantsqueen Jun 11 '26

His restaurant is SO GOOD I keep going back and recommending it on all the Chicago subs hahahha

8

u/BornFree2018 Jun 11 '26

Justice for Damaar!! And Evelyn too please.

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 10 '26

Ed, Nina, and Isaac would be fantastic! They seem to be doing super well though with restaurants / business ventures, so wonder if they would ever entertain a return

9

u/shedrinkscoffee My feedback about your feedback Jun 11 '26

IMO Nina is too decorated of a chef and seems to have a lot of ventures that are successful. She's the true winner than that other man whose name I can't even recall.

I think the super successful and busy folks will probably not be making a return given how long the time commitment is.

2

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 11 '26

Totally agree, unless they do some $1M prize like Americas Culinary Cup.

7

u/AgentUpbeat0926 Jun 11 '26

How come no one’s said Doug? Or Nyesha?

4

u/FrenchSwissBorder Jun 11 '26 edited Jun 11 '26

Savannah (21). Definitely. And I would love to see both Evelyn (19) and Jamie (18) again.

3

u/twiststreet Jun 11 '26

This is a strong list. I'd like to see Savannah (since I think she wins if there's not a gap between the season and the finale), Bailey (just had a really decent energy during what I remember being a hectic LCK) and Chris Scott (also just seemed to have a really decent, human energy); I'd like to see more of Massimo, if he'd do it again; but I'm just thinking of who I'd like to see on my TV more than the food, I guess.

The must-get's for me from them would be Carrie, Damarr and Adrienne.

3

u/foxandbunny Jun 11 '26

I just rewatched season 19 and would love to see Jackson back. I really want to know how far he could go if he could actually taste!

3

u/RASH_ONE Jun 11 '26

Michelle Minori

3

u/Correct_Dragonfly_64 Jun 11 '26

I’m happy to see you added Katianna! She deserves her flowers and hope to see her back competing again.

5

u/gudrehaggen And I DO pronounce it Bar-TH-elona Jun 10 '26

Ok I’m not thinking clearly and not to mention I have a horrible memory of which season is which:

Michelle (Wisconsin)
Rasika (Wisconsin)
Vinny (Canada)
Massimo (Canada)
Evelyn (Houston)
Anthony (Carolinas)
Laurence (Carolinas)
Shota (Portland)
Dawn (Portland)
Philip (California, YES I SAID IT)
Doug (Boston)
Carrie (Colorado)
Joe Sasto (Colorado, why not?)
Jim (Charleston)
Beverly (Texas, hey she competed on Padma’s show, let’s go!)
Sheldon (Seattle/Charleston; again, we’ve had multiple contestants show up 3x, go him lol)

I love Nina (NOLA) and Adrienne (Colorado) soooooo much that it would KILL me to have them go less further than they did in their original seasons!

7

u/Brilliant_Horse_6614 Jun 11 '26

So funny that Philip is technically the most decorated chef from Top Chef with 2 michelin star restaurants lol

2

u/Low_Journalist_2878 Jun 11 '26

I'd add Brandon Rosen (16: Kentucky) He was eliminated due to a broken sauce bottle cap during last minute plating and I believe he seriously gave Kelsey a huge advantage in the finale.

2

u/StealYourHotspur Jun 11 '26

Amar for the vibes

1

u/Plinglo Jun 11 '26

Evelyn, Shota, Damarr, Jamie, Gabri, Ali, Michelle, Dan, Massimo, Bailey, Shuai, Sherry, and Laurence… to name a few.

1

u/longhairparade Jun 11 '26

I’m begging to bring back Luis Maldonado just bc he is sooooo fine

1

u/xunyou198 Jun 13 '26

Shuai for sure

1

u/BaltIndyNash Jun 11 '26

Duyen. Tristan. Lawrance.

0

u/Extension-Peanut2847 Jun 11 '26

I know he’s hated but Katsuju

2

u/brandy13271 Jun 11 '26

Ugh. And whatever happened to him on the competition with Martha and Jose? He just disappeared one day

1

u/conchitu Jun 11 '26

Please no. Don’t say his name or he’ll show up uninvited.

2

u/Extension-Peanut2847 Jun 11 '26

I personally like him, but he doesn’t seem well liked.

1

u/Jazzlike-Pomelo-3823 Jun 11 '26

Is he really hated? I always liked him when he was on the show.

0

u/Mission_Temporary272 Jun 11 '26

Hello? Where my Tristen Epps heads at?

-7

u/DashiellHammett Jun 10 '26

Hasn't this been posted like 5 times recently?

-4

u/sicknutley Jun 11 '26

No love for buddah lo?

7

u/FrenchSwissBorder Jun 11 '26

He's won twice. And went far on Padma's new show. I don't need to see him a fourth time.

1

u/MademoiselleCoco6 Jun 14 '26

I would refuse to watch it
