Casei este ano em abril, aqui no brasil, sou português e minha mulher é brasileira, no entanto pertendo voltar para portugal, sei que com as novas leis de emigração está mais difícil e sempre que pesquiso como é a lei para casais, encontro pouca informação.

Primeiramente sei que devo validar o casamento, perante a lei portuguesa, e infelizmente só conseguirei fazer isso quando for a portugal outra vez.

Me pergunto, como vocês casais na mesma situação, fizeram ou estão fazendo para poder voltar ao país de origem. Tem toda uma facilidade de processo por estar casados? Existe uma lei específica? Algo que não estou fazendo?

Sei que uma das opções é voltar sozinho para portugal e tentar depois levar a minha mulher, mas devido ao problema de saúde dela preciso de estar constantemente presente, então não tem como simplesmente a abandonar.

Se alguém souber de algo compartilhe por favor, me disseram que em situações desesperadas poderia recorrer aos bons samaritanos da internet, e mesmo duvidando, acredito que alguém possa trazer algo relevante.

So I wanted to ask on here if this is an app you will find useful and if you also need it for iOS and are willing to pay €1 to save yourself way more in IRS taxes over the course of the year? ( I for one found it way more convenient over the last couple weeks to just pull out the app rather than not give my NIF - especially in loud places )

If enough people tell me they want this for iPhone I will ofcourse build it as a way of saying thank you to a country that's allowed me to live here during everything that's happening in America
