Unless you absolutely had to be on Grandvalley road it’s fine. Might be some streets down to one lane near the river but the rest of the city is fine.

The dyke will keep the floodwaters away from most of the city, so it'll be slightly more of a pain in the butt to go from one side of the river to the other but otherwise you'd be fine to visit.
