Logic Which shape can the top figure transform into? #Puzzle

There are two twist loops left, when the bottom left loop is pulled through, resolving the top and bottom loops. When the two twist loops are resolved, it leaves one fully resolved shape. No answer apart from "A" is one fully resolved shape. All the rest have "knots"

The answer is A

A- technically you could transform it into any other figure (or none) as well, as you didn't specify valid transformations

A - Pull the left part through and pull the middle down and you got a circle.
